The first Students' Union was run jointly with that of Acton Technical College. Certain members of Brunel College became dissatisfied ands a motion was passed in the Students' Union Council that Brunel should form its own Union.
The Union moved into "Hall 1" in the early 1970s, then into a wooden hut behind the Midland Bank, and by 1975 was situated in new offices in the Union building. |
